About Project:
Since recruiting is more strategic and agile than before our client wants to hire good talent quickly. They want to onboard new talent efficiently with good experience.
Data Synchronization is important for the client and managing multiple integration from Taleo to HCM was the major task to perform.
There was Lack of availability of real time data of internal employees was seen on recruitment side of client.
There were 2 different databases were maintained together in terms of HCM and invisibility of Recruitment.
The system mostly used for onboarding, recruiting, and HCM were largely disintegrated.
To make all of them in a synchronization was the real task before our team.
Key Challenges:
Since our client was finding the unified self-service interface across all users and actions they want to reduce number of costly data errors that may arise during entire recruiting process.
By providing seamless experience in the onboarding our client was mainly interested to attract new talent with organizational branding and targeted campaigns.
They waned to offer special ability in the form of Checklist so that they can leverage different application task like Family and emergency contact directly into onboarding experience.
They were looking standard and real time offer calculation process by enhancing offer management process.
To increase the recruiter’s productivity our client was interested to developed advance reporting.
Getting real time data for component calculation process is the main challenged.
