Stress Management Program

As a part of Arihant, employees will be encouraged to take up stress management courses such as Yoga which will be arranged at our office/ client locations, as feasible. The course will be taken by "Certified" Yoga Practitioner - Mrs. Smita who has been conducting specialized Yoga courses for Corporates.
